1. PRI in Person & Online is a hybrid conference. What does that mean?
The conference will be attended by both an in-person audience at the Barcelona International Convention Centre (CCIB), as well as an online audience. All the plenary sessions and a curated selection of breakout sessions will be broadcast online for our digital audience. Online delegates will also be able to network digitally.
2. Who should attend PRI in Person & Online?
PRI in Person & Online is open to anyone with an interest in responsible investment. The majority of our attendees are asset owners and investment managers.
3. How do I register for this event?
If you are yet to register for this event, please click the “Register” button shown in the top right-hand corner of the home page or scroll down to “Sign up”. You will be prompted to fill-in your contact details, make an online payment and will receive a confirmation email.
4. Who should select an Individual registration type?
A delegate who is in-between jobs, retired or due to any other reason will not represent any particular organisation at PRI in Person & Online 2022 should register with the registration type 'Individual'.
5. What happens if I have registered but now cannot attend?
Please refer to the conference Terms & Conditions.
6. What is the language of PRI in Person & Online?
The event’s language is English.
7. Are there speaking opportunities available at PRI in Person & Online?
The call for speakers is now closed. Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to submit their proposals. All applications are being reviewed, and you will receive a response by the end of September. In the meantime, we encourage you to register for the conference to secure your place – if you are selected as a speaker, you will be eligible for a refund.
8. How can I add the event to my diary?
You will be able to add the event to your calendar by clicking on the links from the “Agenda” pages.
9. How do I view the live web stream?
If you have already registered for this event, please log in and then click the “Watch live” tab in the navigation bar. The stream will start 30 minutes before the first session. If you are experiencing difficulties accessing the live stream, please contact the support team at [email protected].
10. Which sessions will I be able to view online and what happens if I miss one?
You will be able to log in to any live session marked with the following icon on the agenda and access recordings of all public sessions following the event.
11. How do I get involved in the “Meet your peers” (under “Join the discussion”) networking page?
Make sure to opt in by ticking the relevant box during registration to appear on the “Meet your peers” page. You can also add a mini-biography and photo during registration. Click here to access the “Meet your peers” page. Once on the page, you can use the chat bubble on a delegate’s profile images to initiate instant chats if they are online, or to send them an email if they’re not. If you’re looking for someone from a specific company, or with a particular job title, you can use the search bar to bring up attendees that match your criteria.
12. What if I have forgotten my password, cannot find it, or would like to update it?
If you are unable to locate your password, please go to the login page and then click "Forgotten password" in the existing users box. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
13. What do I do if I am having technical issues?
If you are experiencing difficulties accessing the live stream, please contact the support team at [email protected].
14. What web browser should I use?
For the optimum viewing experience, we recommend using Google Chrome as your web browser to access the event platform and the live stream. If you need to install Chrome on your company machine, please contact your company's IT Support. If you can’t install Chrome, we recommend you have the latest version of the browser you’re currently using.
15. What should I do if the page is not responding when I try to log in?
If you are currently using Internet Explorer, please try to log in from Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome. If you continue to have problems logging in or are already using one of the suggested browsers, please email the support team at [email protected].
16. Do I need a WiFi connection?
In order to ensure the highest quality for the live stream, we recommend a strong and stable WiFi connection or an ethernet cable if available.
17. Can I attend the event on my phone?
For the optimum viewing experience, we recommend that you avoid viewing on a mobile device.
18. What should I do if I don't have audio?
First, check that your computer has the sound on and the volume up by going to your computer's audio settings and pressing the test sounds, or navigating to another video on the web and making sure you can hear audio through your computer’s speakers or headphones. If you hear audio on other videos on the web and not on the live video stream, check that the volume in the player is turned up.
19. I don't have video, what should I do?
If you see a blank screen or a spinning wheel and this remains for longer than a few seconds, please refresh your page.

20. How can an online delegate ask a question during the Q&A?
You will see a Q&A chat box on the right-hand side of the live stream video player. Please type your question here. This will be submitted to the speaker and will be visible to other delegates. You can also ‘up vote’ any questions from other delegates you are interested in.

The Information and Delegate app desks located by Registration will be there to help in-person delegates at the Barcelona International Convention Centre (CCIB).
23. Who should attend the PRI Academic Network Conference?
The PRI Academic Network Conference is open to anyone with an interest in academic research on responsible investment themes. The majority of our attendees are investors and academics (including professors and students). The conference is a unique opportunity for academics and investors to engage with each other, learn, and discuss their latest research and experiences.
This year, it will be hosted on 1 December, as part of PRI in Person & Online.
PRI in Person & Online delegate tickets will include access to the PRI Academic Network Conference.
24. COVID-19 measures: Testing and face masks
Testing - As of October 2022, all COVID-19 travel restrictions for travellers to Spain have been lifted. However, if you are travelling from the conference to a country that still requires proof of COVID-19 status, a testing facility will be available on the ground floor of the CCIB on Thursday 1 December from 12:30 – 14:30 and Friday 2 December from 08:00 – 10:00. These facilities will provide test results in 24-hours.
Please note there is a charge of €38 for an antigen test and of €78 for a PCR test, payable to the testing company onsite. (This is a transaction between you and the testing company. PRI takes no money for this service).
Face masks - It is not mandatory for face coverings to be worn at the conference and is entirely left to personal preference. However, face coverings must still be worn on public transport in Spain, such as on buses, planes, taxis, metro carriages and trains.
Please ensure you bring your own facemask to Barcelona to wear on public transport.
