The following presentation describes the changes that we’re making to funding for children and young people with high needs next year. It describes how high needs places should be reviewed this term in preparation for allocations to schools, academies and further education colleges for the next academic year. It also demonstrates the templates for collecting data on high needs places that have been issued to all local authorities at the beginning of October.
