1. How do I join the virtual event?
Once you have registered for the event and received your login details, you will be able to enter the event platform and take part in the virtual event.
2. What if I have forgotten my password, cannot find it, or would like to update it?
You will find your password in your invitation email. If you are unable to locate your password, click ‘Register’ in the top right-hand corner of the website and then click ‘Forgotten password’ on the next page. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
3. Will I still be able to view the virtual event afterwards if I am unable to attend on the day?
Yes, all sessions will be available to view after the event.
4. Will I be able to ask questions and communicate with the speakers?
The live sessions are designed to be interactive and engaging and will allow for plenty of opportunities to interact with the speakers, take part in polling activities and submit your questions during the sessions.
5. How do I access the virtual event?
On the day of the event, login here and select the ‘Watch live’ tab. The stream will start 30 minutes before the first session.
6. How do I test my connection?
We recommend that you use wired headphones for the best viewing experience and have a stable connection. For details on technical support, please read our guide by clicking here.
7. What if I want to share this event with a colleague?
If you would like to nominate a colleague to attend, please ask them to start registration here.
8. Where can I see the event agenda?
The full agenda can be viewed on the Agenda page. You can build a personal event schedule for each day by clicking on the star icon next to each session.
9. How can I communicate with event attendees?
The event provides a lot of networking opportunities. Feel free to use the ‘Meet your peers’ section or use the ‘Forum’ to start an interesting discussion and engage with other attendees.

This is the first year that the Reaxys PhD Prize is running online with the registration open to more attendees.
13. What does the competition for the Reaxys PhD Prize look like?
The Reaxys PhD Prize is the world’s most prestigious award for PhD students in the chemical sciences. Finalists have the opportunity to join an exclusive community of chemists that includes leading university, government and industry researchers. All 40 finalists are invited to make a poster presentation. The shortlisted top finalists then give a talk about their work, based on which the three winners are selected.

Three selected winners are awarded the prize money of US$2,000 each.
