1. What if I have forgotten my password, cannot find it, or would like to update it?

2. Is there a cost to attend the event?

3. If I purchase a full or day delegate ticket, will my colleague and I be able to attend on different event days under the same ticket?
No, tickets can not be shared between delegates. Entrance to the event is restricted to the person registered to attend only.
4. I would like to attend the event with my colleagues. Can we register in one booking?
To register up to 10 delegates, please complete our online registration form.
To register 11 or more delegates, please click here and complete this year's block booking form.
5. Is my place at the event confirmed once I complete registration?
Your place at the event is confirmed once payment has been received.
Fees become due as soon as you have registered for a place on the conference. All fees must be paid within a month of the invoice date or by 18 December, whichever is sooner, to guarantee any early bird rates and your place at the conference. Early bird registrations not paid within a month of the invoice date or by 18 December will be reverted to the standard rate fee. For registrations made on or after 20 November 2018, all fees must be paid by 18 December 2018.
If your fees have not been paid before 18 December 2018, you will not be allowed entrance to the event. All fees are subject to VAT.
6. I have registered for the event, but can no longer attend. Can I send a substitute in my place?
Substitute delegates are very welcome and will not incur a transfer charge if made up until and including 7 January. Substitutions can be made between 8 January and 11 January, but are subject to approval and will incur a £75 admin charge for immediate payment. After 11 January, substitutions can not be made. Entrance to the event is restricted to the person registered to attend only.
7. Is there a cancellation fee?
If you have to cancel any aspect of your booking, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible. As per the terms and conditions of your booking, fees become due as soon as we have confirmed your place on the conference, regardless of whether your registration has been paid yet or not. We regret to inform you that we cannot give refunds for cancellations.
8. Will I receive one or multiple invoices for group/block bookings?
One invoice for the group will be issued.

11. Will lunch be provided?
Yes, lunch and refreshments will be provided on both event days.
If you have any dietary requirements, please make sure to add these into your registration.
12. What is the dress code?
Dress code for the event, pre-dinner refreshments and awards dinner is business casual.
13. Will accommodation be provided?
Full delegate tickets include accommodation at select hotels around Liverpool on Tuesday 22 January. Day, Day 1 and Day 2 delegate packages do not include accommodation. Click here to view all available delegate packages.
During registration for your full delegate package, you will be required to select your hotel. Hotels are allocated on a first come first served basis and special room requests are subject to availability. Accommodation will be booked for you once you have completed and paid for your registration.

If you change any of your plans, please make sure that your travel and accommodation details match up. For any changes to your hotel reservation, please update your registration or contact us here. HM Treasury will not be responsible for any cancellations or changes to room reservations that we have not been notified about.
14. Will transfers be provided between ACC Liverpool and each hotel?
Transfers will not be provided between the venue and each hotel.
