14. What is the follow up from the event to keep conversations going?
This event is part of a wider programme of engagement through which finance colleagues are able to collectively develop and shape the planned refresh of our functional strategy, which will cover the upcoming SR period 2022-25. As the refreshed strategy is developed we will continually test it with the Finance Strategy Board and Finance Leadership Group before presenting it at a second Finance Leaders Conference in Spring 2022. It will then be used as the basis for many of the session topics and themes during the Finance Conference in June 2022.
15. I want to get more involved with the GFF strategy refresh!
Great! Please email us on [email protected] with the area you are interested in and we’ll keep the conversation going.
16. How can I be sure the event is COVID safe?
In line with Government guidance that all venues are able to open with capacity limits lifted, we have taken measures to ensure the venue is COVID secure. The team has ensured that the venue is well ventilated, with tables well-spaced to enable limited close contact with people you do not live with.
Delegates are welcome to bring masks for their own use should they wish and may also choose to take a free test before the event. These are personal choices which can help reduce your risk of catching or spreading COVID-19.
