In this session, we will explore how best to ensure that the information capabilities we deliver, whether on the person or in weapons platforms put defence on the front foot.  In particular we will investigate how best to ensure that whole platform acquisition does not lead to the trading out of information capabilities, how we plan to tackle the challenges that accompany evergreening information services, different procurement models and what contracting for outcomes really means.
