1. How do I access the virtual event?
On the day of the event, log in and select the ‘InConfidence Live’ tab. The stream will start 30 minutes before the first session.
2. What should I do if the page is not responding when I try to login?
If you are currently using Internet Explorer, please try to log in from Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome. If you continue to have problems logging in or are already using one of the suggested browsers, please email the team.
3. What if I have forgotten my password, cannot find it, or would like to update it?
You were asked to create your own password during registration. If you are unable to remember your password, please click here and then click "Forgotten password". You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
4. How do I test my connection?
We recommend that you use wired headphones for the best viewing experience and have a stable connection. For further details, please read our guide by clicking here.
5. Will I still be able to view the webinar after the event if I am unable to attend on the day?
The full recordings of BDO InConfidence will be made available on this site - see ON DEMAND, above - and on the InConfidence event site on BDO World.
6. What if I want to share this event with a colleague?
If you would like to suggest to a colleague that they attend, please ask them to start registration here.
7. Where can I see the BDO InConfidence agenda?
The full programme can be viewed on the Your programme page.
8. Will I be able to interact with the live sessions?
There will be opportunities to take part in polls and to submit questions during InConfidence.
9. Will InConfidence be available in other languages?
Yes, there will be simultaneous translation in Spanish – please use the button at the top of the LIVE page to toggle to the Spanish audio stream.
