From Stansted Airport

By Bus
The National Express bus service operates every day to/from Stansted Airport and Cambridge City Centre, between 00:30 and 22:30.The ticket costs around £8 for a single journey and £18 for a return. The bus ride from Stansted Airport to the final stop takes approximately 40-45 minutes.

By Train
The train service is active every day of the week, between 00:30 and 23:45. Single tickets varies between £10 (off-peak) and £15.50 (peak) and between £15.50 (off-peak) and £20 (peak) for a return journey. You can pre-book your ticket or view the timetable on the National Rail website.

By taxi
Regulated and metered taxis operate from the airport. The average taxi fare from the airport to the city centre ranges from £55-80. Taxis can be found just outside the airport, at the taxi rank. Please bear in mind that not all taxis take credit cards and if they do there might be a charge. 

From Heathrow Airport

By Bus
The National Express bus service operates every day to/from all Heathrow Terminals and Cambridge City Centre. Tickets cost approximately £14 for a single journey and £30 for a return. The bus ride can take up to 3 hours.

By Train
Trains do not operate directly between Heathrow Terminals and Cambridge City Centre. You can take the underground train via Piccadilly Line to London King’s Cross (approximately 40 minutes). The fastest journey to/from London King’s Cross and Cambridge (CBR) is 50 minutes. Trains are operating every 30 minutes from early morning until late in the night.

By Taxi
Regulated and metered taxis operate from the airport. The average taxi fare from the airport to the city centre ranges from £90-£150. Taxis can be found just outside the airport, at the taxi rank. Please bear in mind that not all taxis take credit cards and if they do there might be a charge. The journey can take between 1.5 to 2 hours.

From Gatwick Airport

The quickest way to get to Cambridge from Gatwick Airport is by taxi. Regulated and metered taxis operate from the airport. The average taxi fare from the airport to the city centre ranges from £130-£190. Taxis can be found just outside the airport, at the taxi rank. Please bear in mind that not all taxis take credit cards and if they do there might be a charge. The journey can take between 2 to 2.5 hours.
