1. What if I have forgotten my password, cannot find it, or would like to update it?

If you are unable to locate your password, please click "Log in or register now" in the top right-hand corner of the website and then click "Forgotten password" on the next page. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

2. Will I still be able to view any sessions after the event if I am unable to attend on the day?

All sessions will be available to view after the event. These will be available in the Learning Library.

3. Will I be able to ask questions and communicate with the speakers?

The live sessions are designed to be interactive and engaging and will allow for plenty of opportunities to interact with the speakers, take part in polling activities and submit your questions before and during the sessions.

4. How do I access the virtual event?

On the day of the event, login here and select the 'Watch live' tab. The stream will start 30 minutes before the first session.

5. How do I test my connection?

We recommend that you use wired headphones for the best viewing experience and have a stable connection. For details on technical support, please read our guide by clicking here.

6. Whom should I contact if I have any questions about Airmic Fest?

7. Where can I see the event agenda?

The full agenda can be viewed on the agenda page. You can build a personal event schedule for each day by clicking on the star icon next to each session. 

8. What information will be visible on my profile?

Your profile will show other attendees’ basic information about yourself, including your name, job title, the company you work for. Attendees are encouraged to upload a profile picture to give a more personal touch to interactions. 

9. If I have already registered for a session, am I able to switch to another session on the day

Yes, please log back into your profile here and click ‘Edit Sessions’ on your summary page to take you to your agenda. Once you have chosen your new sessions click save.

10. If I need to cancel my place what do I do?

If you have to cancel any aspect of your booking, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible. Fees are non-refundable but substitute delegates from the same organisation are very welcome and will not incur a transfer charge.  

11. Will I be eligible for a refund?

12. If I miss a session, can I watch it again later, if so, from where?

Yes, we will be recording all of the sessions and they will be available post event in the Learning Library on the event website.
