Diversity and inclusion will mean building a workforce that is more representative of our employees and our stakeholders and a workplace that creates a sense of belonging for everyone.
The purpose of this breakfast meeting will be to provide a place where we can share personal experiences in professional life, what we would like to see change, and how this change should be tackled.
We will explore what appears to be a resistance to change in our profession. Each panelist will explore one thing they would change, if they had the opportunity.

The meeting will be held under the Chatham House Rule.
