Opening plenary: The GFF Strategy Review

This session will set the scene for the day, providing context for the workshop conversations on aspects of our Finance Strategy and shared priorities. Speakers will reflect on what we’ve achieved over the past 3 years, set out the challenges facing finance teams, and frame the discussion: on how we can lead improvements to financial management in Government.

This workshop will look to share an update on progress on the GFF Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing Strategy and seek your insight in shaping and supporting this important agenda.

The last few years have been challenging for finance leaders. It’s important that we don’t lose sight of the key financial processes and controls which give credibility to the finance function and the Civil Service as a whole.
