Fees become due as soon as we have confirmed your place at the conference. Packages cannot be downgraded after we have confirmed your place at the conference. Package upgrades and the addition of Monday night accommodation after initial registration is subject to availability. To benefit from the early bird discount full payment will be required within one month from the early bird closure date, after this time your registration will be moved over to the standard ticket price. All fees must be paid within a month of the invoice date or by Friday 27 May 2022, whichever is sooner, to guarantee your place at the conference. If your fees have not been paid before Friday 27 May 2022, you will not be allowed entrance to the event. All fees are subject to VAT and payments are non-refundable.
We regret to inform you that we cannot give refunds for cancellation of registration or Monday night accommodation. Fees are due regardless of whether you have paid or not at the time of cancellation. Substitute delegates are very welcome and will not incur a transfer charge if made up until and including Sunday 29 May 2022. Substitutions can be made between Monday 30 May and Monday 6 June, but are subject to approval and will incur a £75 admin charge for immediate payment. After Tuesday 7 June 2022, substitutions cannot be made. Entrance to the event is restricted to the person registered to attend only.
If you test positive for COVID-19 and are unable to attend the event in-person, you will be able to access the digital content via the event platform. We cannot refund the difference in ticket prices. Substitute delegates and the £75 admin charge will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and timing of the conference, facilitators speaking at the event, the date and/or the venue. If, for any reason, the organisers need to cancel the event, delegates will be notified in writing and events and registration booking fees reviewed. The organisers will not be liable for any costs or losses, whether direct or indirect; these costs or losses will be borne by the delegate and the organisation placing the booking.
Delegates should comply at all times with the rules and regulations imposed by the venue. The organisers accept no responsibility for death, injury, loss or damage of any kind suffered by any person during the conference. In addition the organisation making the booking will be liable for any damage caused by their delegates at the conference.
We will film and photograph the in-person and digital event. These may be used in promotional material for this or future events. By attending this event you are agreeing to be included in this material. Please contact us if you do not want to be photographed during the event.
