Highways England ITCF and OTCF Supplier Engagement Event 28 September 2020

Welcome. Highways England have exciting opportunities for suppliers to be part of two new technology frameworks. The Information & Technology Commercial Framework (ITCF) and the Operational Technology Commercial Framework (OTCF) will support the delivery of Highways England’s Roads Investment Strategy (2020-25) IT products and services technology pipeline. The suppliers on these frameworks will have an important role in providing the operational roadside technology, operational systems and business IT that drives the Strategic Road Network in England. 

The ITCF, comprising 5 lots, will be a 4 year framework and have a value of £1b, whilst the OTCF will comprise 5 lots and will be a 4 year framework with a value of £500m. They will assist Highways England in meeting exciting digital delivery, cyber security and data transformations, whilst not forgetting about continued servicing of legacy products and roadside technology.
