Delivering Great Financial Management

The last few years have been challenging for finance leaders. It’s important that we don’t lose sight of the key financial processes and controls which give credibility to the finance function and the Civil Service as a whole.

In this workshop, we’ll discuss what the ‘basics’ are and how we, as finance leaders, can ensure processes are operating effectively within our teams.
