Welcome to UK Student Induction 2021
Congratulations! We’re delighted you’re starting your career with EY. We’re looking forward to welcoming you to the EY team at our virtual student induction on Thursday 9 and Friday 10 September.
This past year has been like no other in our lifetime. Our business has had to act quickly to respond to these fast-paced events and to follow the UK Government’s advice and policy. We have been successfully working remotely (with minimal office attendance) and will continue to do so over the next few weeks. From September, we will begin to transition to a new “hybrid working model”. More details of what this means will be shared with you in due course.
With your health and safety in mind, we have planned a virtual induction programme for you. Over the course of the induction, you will attend a mix of virtual plenary sessions, small breakouts and 1:1 calls, and you will also access on-demand content to learn more about EY and your programme. We recognise this is an unusual way to start your career, so we’ll also provide you with plenty of resources related to remote working and health and wellbeing to help you along the way.
Information you can find here
On this website, you’ll find lots of information about your induction, the firm and what you can expect once you start work. If you have any questions, first read through our FAQs, and if the answer isn't there, head to our
contact us page to find the best way to get the help you need.
Take some time to visit the site and learn more about EY and your new service line. Our advice is simple – be curious. The more you find out about our business and the industry, the more rewarding everything will be from day one.
What you need to do and when
But first, before you start work, please make sure you take a look at the
to-do list to find out what you need to do, how and by when. The to-do list will be updated as we get closer to the induction so please do check back regularly.
