1. What is the dress code for the event? 

The dress code for the event is business casual.  

2. What are the average weather conditions?

Expect six hours of sunshine on an average April day in London - but also nine days of rain over the course of the month. Bring warm clothes that you can put on or off in layers and consider the weather forecast on short notice. Highest temperature 15 degrees Celsius with lowest of 7 degrees Celsius.

3. What is the currency?

The unit of currency in London is the pound.

4. May I bring a guest?

As the event is business-related, it is not appropriate for guests to be included in the formal program.

5. May I send a substitute in my place? 

If you would like to send a substitute, please get in touch with your EY contact. 

6. May I change my choices once I have registered? 

Yes, you may make changes to your choices at any point by clicking on the link in your confirmation email and updating your details.  

7. What costs are involved? 

There is no cost for the program itself. However, you are responsible for your own travel and accommodation expenses.

8. Is there a cancelation fee? 

Please notify us immediately if you need to cancel your registration. Please remember to also cancel your accommodation. Please note that cancelations made after Friday, 22 March may incur a charge.

9. How many CPE points can I claim and how do I claim them? 

You will receive one point for every hour you attend at the event. You will receive a certificate at the end of the event, which you will be able to use to claim your CPE points from your local CPE administrator.  

10. Will copies of the event presentations be available? 

Presentations will be available to download on this website and our event app after the event. Instructions on how to access these materials will be sent to all the attendees in post-event communications.
